New Order Form

In my previous post, I have put in a new order form. You can still always e-mail me your order, but I figured this form was a better option. I will be deleting most of the Pay-Pal buttons on the customized site because I think it's too confusing for most people. I will keep the Pay Pal pay buttons on the Already Made site.
